What is Zeolite:
Zeolites are effectively crystalline minerals composed of silicon, aluminum and oxygen formed from volcanic rock. Porous and with high absorbency, they are ideal for trapping, separating and binding heavy metals and toxins and are therefore a great ingredient to use in our clarifying and cleansing soaps

Green Clay
We use French Green Clay as its a bit more robust as opposed to pink clay for deep-cleansing, detoxifying and balancing oily to combination skin. French green clay is very effective in absorbing excess sebum, tightening pores whilst gently exfoliating, leaving a soft and smooth complexion.

Spearmint
What is the benefit of the addition spearmint other than it’s fresh, invigorating aroma? Spearmint contains up to 65% ketones – specifically S-carvone which provides significant skin benefits, including powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties that soothe irritation, redness and acne. It is valued for its ability to revitalize and balance the complexion, making it a great addition to natural beauty routines.

Eucalyptus
Apart from the purifying and refreshing properties: clearing the airways, supporting natural defenses not to mention its crisp and invigorating aroma, Eucalyptol (1,8-cineole), the main component of eucalyptus oil, offers significant skin benefits by acting as a powerful anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antioxidant agent.

Did you know our tallow is 100%  grass-fed and pasture-raised – we source our tallow from local organic beef farms in the Co. Limerick/Tipperary border area.

Tallow is great for the skin – a super moisturiser – and loaded with fatty acids – particularly palmitic and stearic acids which act as a protective/occlusive barrier for the skin.

Our premium quality tallow is dry rendered and triple filtered and is neither deodorised or adulterated in any way in order to protect the integrity of the product and derive the maximum benefit tallow has to offer
